To register and maintain an account on rwbola, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact telephone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. rwbola will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your login credentials. You must notify rwbola immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
rwbola operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. We reserve the right to request any of the following documents at any time: government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. rwbola reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where KYC documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
By accessing and using the rwbola Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

Breach of any prohibition set out in this Section 5 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
rwbola accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are also supported. All standard transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction limits and daily limits apply by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the point of transaction.
E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. All timeframes are estimates and may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
rwbola operates a consistent payment method policy: withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to available options and verification requirements. This policy is maintained for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
rwbola does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which rwbola accepts no liability.

A bet is only considered accepted and valid when rwbola's system confirms receipt of the wager and a bet reference number is issued. rwbola reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion.
In the event of a manifest error in any odds, price, or payout displayed on the Platform — whether caused by system error, human input, or data feed malfunction — rwbola reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. "Obvious error" includes situations where odds are demonstrably inconsistent with the true market at the time of placement.
In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport as published on the Platform. Generally, if a match is not completed within 24 hours of its scheduled start, open bets will be voided and stakes returned.
Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay during which rwbola's system processes the request. rwbola reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the outcome has been determined, even if this is not immediately reflected in the Platform interface due to data feed latency.
Maximum single-bet and daily payout limits apply across all sports and casino products. These limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. rwbola reserves the right to reduce these limits for specific accounts based on betting patterns or risk assessment.

rwbola makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we strive for 99.9% uptime during major sporting events, temporary downtime for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
In no event shall rwbola's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rwbola account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling is a form of entertainment and carries inherent financial risk. By using rwbola, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose money wagered. rwbola does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profit from your use of the Platform.
rwbola reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or confiscate account balances, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that:

Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real money balance will be returned to you via your primary payment method, net of any applicable processing fees, within a reasonable timeframe following completion of final KYC checks.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination of these Terms — including Sections 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and any obligations relating to outstanding KYC or fraud investigations — shall continue in full force and effect after account closure.
rwbola reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
